It was a joy to work with Caroline ,she was so organised and thoughtful and we had many funny chats about work and retirement and awkward customers at Marks and Spencer!! .At my leaving do in 2022 she came and wished me  every happiness as we'd moved to Norfolk. With Caroline what you saw was what you got ,you will be so deeply missed ,taken way to early my friend .
